Tanya has 20 plus years experience in Corporate Security including reisk identification, assessment, mitigation and management.  She leads a corporate secuirty team providing managemetn oversight to all regions and responding to Emergency Response Team and Crisis Tactical response Group events.  She holds a masters degree in Security Management with concentrations in Organization Security and Emergency Planning and Response.

We will discuss how she arrived in her current role, what she is currently reading and recommending, and gain advise for others aspiring to grow within the industry.
