Join us for a coffee chat with Misty Savage, CPP.

Misty Savage serves as the Director of Training & Development for the Global Clients division within Securitas Security Services. She is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering management training and development programs. Misty also creates specialized security officer training programs for clients and specific vertical markets within the global division.

She started her career with Securitas in 2002 as a part-time security officer and progressed through the organization holding positions of Global Account Manager, District Manager, as well as an HR Manager. In addition, she worked as a police officer from 2003 – 2008 for the Oakland, Maine Police Department.

Misty has been an active member ASIS since 2008. She previously served as the Northern Colorado/Southern Wyoming Chapter’s Vice-Chair, as well as the Woman in Security Liaison. Misty obtained her Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation in August of 2018.

We will discuss how she arrived in her current role, what she is currently reading and recommending, and advise for others aspiring to grow within the industry.
